About

The Lake Wilderness Swim Team (LWST) is a summer swim team operating under the Rappahannock Swim League (RSL), competing in the National Division. Our team is open to both residents and non-residents of the Lake Wilderness subdivision and includes swimmers between the ages of 5 and 18 years of age.  Swimmers must be able to swim one lap.

The LWST was founded in 2003.
