We will begin setting up at 12pm to begin the awards ceremony at 1pm. We will be providing fried chicken and pork BBQ. Please sign up to bring a few things to share. Families will need to bring their own drinks. We also need help with set up and clean up as we need to be out of the building by 3:30pm. |

More details to come but we use this night to load up on pasta and make posters to display at finals. We are expecting to feed 55 swimmers/31 families We will provide the paper products. Each family will need to bring their own drinks. |

10 and unders will swim from 8 PM to 9 PM and 11 and overs will swim from 9 PM to 10 PM. We will have karaoke and ice cream. More details to come. |
